La mosquée de mon voisin

Intrigued by the project to build a mosque near my home in Rennes, I decided to go and meet my Muslim neighbours. Hassan, Idriss and the others defend an autonomous and open Islam. They are confronted with the difficulties of independent financing, the conservatism of their community, the reticence of the neighbourhood. From the first plans to the first prayer, during the three years that the project lasts, I get to know this French Muslim middle class that we hear so little about.
