Animation from Brittany is currently experiencing an unprecedented situation, like a new advance in its structuring, thanks to regular successes, the arrival of high-profile films with high visibility, new financing mechanisms and a rise in activity.
This effervescence is reflected in a new Breton presence in Annecy - with the joy of returning to the festivals and markets, with the joy of returning to the screens and the pulse of the cinema: films in competition, work in progress, pitches... and a delegation more motivated than ever.
The MIFA, and the "Animation in Brittany" operation that the Films en Bretagne association has been coordinating for many years alongside professionals, is an opportunity to report on the celebrations and to highlight everything that is stirring the sector in 2021.
