>In the port of Brest, a gigantic construction site is under way. It involves transforming a vast polder into a terminal dedicated to renewable marine energies. This infrastructure will be the bridgehead of a new industrial sector that will enable Brittany to be at the forefront of the energy transition. But this future remains uncertain because in this sector, everything is risky. As far as new energies are concerned, national and international competition is fierce, technologies are emerging and fragile... This film is the story of an industrial dream told through the commitment of a few characters.
